Card benefits change. RewardTracker treats the issuer’s own page as the record, and we date every check.
Each card page shows a Last verified date and links the issuer URL we used. If that URL moves, we update the link at the next check.
Once a month we re-open every card in the catalog and compare the listed credits with the issuer’s current terms. If the amount, window, enrollment rule, or eligible-merchant wording changed, we update the card page and add a line to that card’s change log: date, what changed, and the issuer URL.
A quiet month still gets a last-verified date. No change log line means we did not find a change against the linked issuer page on that pass, not that the issuer promised the benefit forever.
If the issuer page does not state the amount, the dates, who must enroll, or which purchases count, we do not fill the gap. The field is marked Check your card’s terms, with the issuer link. We do not guess from a screenshot, a rumor, or a similar card.
Some credits depend on the offer you were approved for, the account open date, or a merchant code your statement does not show. Those stay marked for you to confirm on your own account.
If a figure, date, or link looks wrong, send the card name, the field, and the issuer URL via Contact. We re-check that card against the issuer page and correct the catalog if we were wrong. We do not publish reporter names.
RewardTracker is informational. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to open, keep, or close a card. Statement credits, annual fees, and eligibility rules are set by the issuer and can change without notice. The last-verified date is the date we checked the linked page, not a promise that the benefit still applies to your account. Confirm the current terms with your issuer, and with the offer on your own card, before you rely on a credit to offset an annual fee.
